2026年3月25日，中国人民外交学会在北京举办中非合作知名人士圆桌会，会议主题为“中国‘十五五’规划与全球南方现代化进程中的中非合作”。外交学会会长吴恳致开幕辞，副会长邹肖力主持。与会中方嘉宾包括外交部副部长苗得雨、第十四届全国政协外事委员会副主任林松添、中非合作论坛事务大使刘豫锡、外交部非洲之角事务特使胡长春、中国人民对外友好协会副会长孙学庆、新华社外事局局长阎涛等。非方嘉宾包括加蓬国民议会议长奥南加、埃及前总理沙拉夫、塞舌尔前副总统兼外长梅里顿、索马里前副总理古莱德、刚果（金）就业和劳动部长马桑巴等。来自中国和30多个非洲国家的各界代表60余人以线上线下方式参加研讨。

“十五五”规划、零关税政策、四大全球倡议、中国式现代化、中非人文交流年等成为会议关键词。与会代表们认为，中非传统友谊弥足珍贵，习近平主席提出的“真实亲诚”对非政策理念和正确义利观意义重大而深远。双方要深入落实2024年中非合作论坛北京峰会成果，推动中国“十五五”规划同非洲发展战略有效对接，助力各自国家发展，造福双方人民。中国和非洲作为全球南方的中坚力量，应更好地做到心相通、情共融、力相聚，以中非关系的稳定性和坚韧性应对国际环境的不确定性，更有力地引领全球南方在现代化道路上迈出新步伐，共同书写构建人类命运共同体新篇章。

Eminent Persons Roundtable on China-Africa Cooperation Successfully Held in Beijing

On March 25, 2026, the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) held the Eminent Persons Roundtable on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing. The theme of the Roundtable is China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and China-Africa Cooperation in the Modernization Drive of the Global South. CPIFA President Wu Ken delivered opening remarks. CPIFA Vice President Zou Xiaoli chaired the meeting. Chinese guests of honor included Vice Foreign Minister Miao Deyu, Vice Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the 14th CPPCC National Committee Lin Songtian, Ambassador for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Affairs Liu Yuxi, Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hu Changchun, CPAFFC Vice President Sun Xueqing, Director General of the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Xinhua News Agency Yan Tao, etc. African guests of honor included Michel Regis Onanga M. Ndiaye, President of the National Assembly and former Foreign Minister of Gabon, Essam Sharaf, former Prime Minister of Egypt, Vincent Meriton, former Vice President and Foreign Minister of Seychelles, Mahdi Mohammed Gulaid, former Deputy Prime Minister and Member of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, and Massamba wa Massamba Ferdinand, Minister of Employment and Labor of the DR Congo,etc. Over 60 representatives from China and 30-plus African countries attended the Roundtable online or in-person.

China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, the zero-tariff policy, the four Global Initiatives, Chinese modernization, and the China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges were the key words highlighted at the event. Representatives from both sides agreed on the high value of the traditional friendship between China and Africa, and recognized the profound and far-reaching significance of President Xi Jinping’s proposals of the principles of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith guiding China’s Africa policy, and of taking the right approach to promoting friendship and pursuing interests. Both sides agreed on the imperative to fully implement the outcomes of the 2024 FOCAC Beijing Summit, and enhance the synergy between China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and Africa’s development strategies, to support each other’s development and deliver greater benefits to the people. As major forces in the Global South, China and Africa should pool their hearts, minds and strengths to meet the international uncertainties with the stability and resilience of China-Africa relations, make new advances in spearheading the modernization of the Global South, and open a new chapter in building a community with a shared future for humanity.
